Proud recipient of the how to show a bloated tummy & look pear shaped Award.
Neck up she certainly is gorgeous.
The frock is Stella McCartney.
Maybe everyone was nodding in time to the bouncing bra less breasts, that they just assumed a Stella dress always works. Not in this case my dear!
She also officially received the coveted Editor's Choice Award, certainly the girl of the moment...
and the shoes are Louboutins and the clutch is Ferragamo.
