Discussions with one of the senior managers from Hong Kong, who is here for the launch, Ms Nachan Hiramoto indicate that this isnt an official date as yet & some aspects are still being worked out. We understand that these include security issues.
Judging by the enthusiasm and craziness that went on at the Sydney opening, we can understand that security is of paramount importance.
